In a small/medium sauce pan, add the sugar, butter, milk and salt. Melt and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute
In a bowl, add in the oats, peanut butter, cocoa and vanilla extract.
Once the pot has boiled for 1 minute, immediately remove and pour over the oats. Immediately stir until completely combined. It will be very hot. You can let it sit for a couple minutes, then take 2 spoons and drop the clusters on parchment paper or a pan. Let sit/cool for 30 minutes and done!
