While I love sweets, it is important to me to have balance. I love to start my mornings off right. I am also not someone who can skip breakfast (or I’ll become hangry), so I always make it a point to eat in the morning.
This quick breakfast is a great choice because the plain greek organic yogurt is packed with 17 grams of protein, 0 fat, and only 4 grams of sugar.
What is Pb2? Well, it’s basically ground peanuts that form a peanut powder, if you will. It is a great alternative to adding in peanut or another nut butter (not that I don’t love me a delicious nut butter), but they do come with a lot of fat. The pb2 also adds a great hint of peanut butter flavor (minus the extra fat).
