If you love breakfast potatoes, you’ll love this easy recipe!
What you’ll need:
2-3 handful-sized red potatoes (I used just 2 for this batch)
peeled & diced into 1/2″-1″cubes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
With your potatoes peeled and diced, add them to a bowl. Add in the seasonings and mix well.
Place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 30-45 minutes (depending on how big your potatoes are, the larger the longer they will take to cook).
Make sure to stir every 15 minutes.
