I started my love affair with salami at a young age, and as I grew up, that love expanded to varieties of salami, then on to prosciutto, capicola, mortadella, etc…I love them all!

I’ve been fortunate to visit Italy twice now, and when that antipasto plate hits the table with beautiful Italian cured meats, olives, grapes, nuts, cheeses…I’m in heaven.

We recently had spent a beautiful Saturday with good friends and prepared this plate 🙂
