When baking a whole batch of cookies is too much, yet you want something sweet for you & yours (or the bambinos), and you want it now, this is a great recipe…and egg-less!
Step 1 – combine
2 tablespoons butter (softened or melted) and I like to use vegan butter, but either way!
¼ cup light brown sugar
Step 2 – add & mix
1/8 teaspoon sea or kosher salt
Step 3 – add & mix
1 tablespoon of milk (I use whole, but your preference)
1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 tablespoons of flour (all purpose or whole wheat)
Step 4 – add
1-2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips
Step 5 – cookie dough time!
I put a few scoops in a coffee mug & enjoy…the rest goes in a Tupperware and in the fridge 🙂
