And one of the many things that I love about traveling to Italy is prosciutto for breakfast!
This is easy and delicious…
1 slice of Dave’s Killer Bread (Love Dave’s! Organic & NO high fructose corn syrup like most all breads – p.s. shame on them, promoting whole grains and health, when the ingredient list is a paragraph of processed crap!)…ok, rant over J
¼-1/2 Avocado
1 Fried Egg (cage free, organic)
2 slices of Prosciutto (nitrate free)
*optional, a few dashes of hot sauce
Since the egg takes the longest to fully cook, I start cooking my egg 1st. I then add a slice of bread to my toaster over, once done, I spread the avocado evenly, a few dashes of hot sauce, then the egg, and topped off with prosciutto…and done! Delicious combination of protein, healthy fats, grains, and a little kick of spice
