Gluten Free/Wheat Free Spaghetti Squash Pasta!

How do you make the best spaghetti squash? well, I will tell you!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1 spaghetti squash
olive oil

Now, I cannot lie, spaghetti squash is not the easiest thing to cut, I typically need my fiancé at this step. It needs some extra muscle.

Cut approximately 1″ wide rounds, once cut lay the rounds on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper) and I then either spray or rub a light layer of olive oil on top.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Once done, remove from the oven. Then, take 2 forks, starting from the inside of the round, start shredding the strands. They shred very easily!

I then transfer the spaghetti squash to a bowl and discard the skins.

I like to use the spaghetti squash in a variety of dishes.

This time, I added my Arrabbiata  sauce, fresh parsley, and topped with grated parmesan!
