Breakfast Banana Protein Smoothie!

A quick & easy breakfast that keeps me satisfied in the morning!


1 banana
1 serving protein powder
2 tbsp. PB2
1 cup ice (you can modify to your liking)
1/2 cup water

optional ingredients:
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp. flax seel oil

The protein powder is your choice, I use a non flavored organic whey.

I’m obessed with my VitaMix that I’ve had for years, but you can use any blender.

I add ingredients in this order:
banana, protein powder, PB2, chia seeds, flax seed oil, ice, water…I blend on low until all is combined, then I increase higher and higher for a smooth consistency.

It makes a perfect amount for 1 person 🙂

Total time – 3-5 minutes!
